Toy's Tacos LLC started with a simple idea: real street tacos shouldn't be hard to find. Growing up around family recipes and weekend cookouts, we learned early that the best food comes from patience, good ingredients, and a little love.
Today, our truck rolls through Albuquerque serving tacos the way they're meant to be made — fresh corn tortillas pressed to order, meats marinated overnight, and salsas made every morning. No freezers, no shortcuts.
